刘睿,教授,博士生导师,教务处副处长。2010年获南京工业大学应用化学博士学位。2010年10月至2012年8月在美国North Dakota State University化学与生物化学系从事博士后研究,2012年9月入职,2018年破格晋升教授。现为中国化学会高级会员,中国光学工程学会非线性光子学与器件专业组委员,江苏省化学化工学会农用化学化工专业委员会秘书长。入选江苏省“博士集聚计划”、江苏省“双创博士”、江苏省“六大人才高峰”、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”、江苏省科技副总、校“师德十佳”、校“名师名导百人计划”。
教学工作:“化学”国家级一流本科专业建设点负责人,江苏高校“青蓝工程”优秀教学团队带头人,全国石油和化工教育优秀教学团队带头人、江苏省一流本科课程负责人。先后主讲《有机化学》《专业英语与文献检索》《有机合成》《有机化学实验》,研究生《材料化学》等课程。主持省级教学研究改革课题5项,主编江苏省高校重点教材《有机化学》《有机化学微型实验》,发表教学改革研究论文10余篇。获江苏省高校青年教师授课竞赛二等奖、江苏省教育教学研究成果三等奖、中国石油和化工教育教学优秀教材一等奖、江苏省高校微课教学比赛二等奖,参与国家级教学成果奖一等奖1项,江苏省教学成果奖特等奖1项、二等奖2项。
科研工作:主要研究方向为有机合成及有机光电功能材料,包括非线性光学材料的合成与光限幅应用、金属有机复合材料的生物传感与诊疗应用、刺激响应发光/变色材料有机功能染料、OLED发光材料等。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家863计划(军口)课题、江苏省优秀青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目、江苏省博士后科研资助计划、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项子课题,及企业横向课题10余项。迄今发表SCI论文150余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项。获“南工精英九思奖”,中国农药工业协会农药创新贡献一等奖,指导学生获江苏省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛、江苏省大学生职业规划大赛、“科创江苏”创新创业大赛等双创学科竞赛奖项30余项。
