学术成绩
南京工业大学教授,博士生导师,获得“江苏省化学化工学会戴安邦化学青年创新奖”(2025)、江苏省333工程高层次人才(2024)、江苏省优秀青年基金(2021)、江苏省科技副总(2021)、山东省“创新达人”(2022)、南京工业大学拓原工程首届“青年学术英才”(2022)等荣誉。一直从事于不对称催化新方法开发、药物合成、共价材料等方面的基础及应用研究工作。近几年发展了一种新颖的“双金属碱”MN(SiMe3)2(M = Li,Na)/Cs+,此体系被多次用于药物合成及新农药创制等研究,展现了“双金属碱”在推动药物研发及新农药创制等领域的优势。开发了醚醛、氟吡菌酰胺、氟吡菌胺、乙氧氟草醚等重要医药/农药产品及中间体合成新工艺,部分产品已实现产业化。迄今为止共发表SCI论文70余篇,其中,以第一作者与通讯作者在Nature Communications, Journal of American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Organic Letters等国际权威期刊发表论文50余篇。
