研究方向:

围绕生物医学成像研究和体外诊断的需求,结合染料结构性能调控、生物分子识别策略与纳米功能化技术,开发高特异性、高灵敏的新型生物探针,为新型生物分子的精准检测与成像分析提供有力工具。

1)开发光学成像新平台、特异性识别策略,构建新型生物标志物的光学(荧光、余辉等)探针

2)光学探针的纳米功能化及其成像分析与诊疗应用研究

3)开发新型精准快速的化学生物传感器件,满足体外诊断与现场即时检测

学术成绩:

至今以第一作者(或共一)或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,包括化学TOP期刊J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.及其他化学权威期刊(Coord. Chem. Rev.Adv. Funct. Mater.Chem. Sci.Anal. Chem. (3)ACS Sens.Biosens. Bioelectron.Chinese. Chem. Lett.(2)等。申请发明专利2项,获授权发明专利1项。
