教学工作:主讲“有机化学”“有机化学实验”等课程,校一流本科课程负责人、校课程思政示范课程负责人。主要教研方向为有机化学课程数字化资源建设与实践,主持江苏省省级教改课题2项,校级教改课题2项,参编江苏省高校重点教材《有机化学》,发表教学改革研究论文3篇,获得南京工业大学微课教学比赛一等奖1项。
科研工作:主要研究方向为有机合成及有机光电功能材料,包括非线性光学材料的合成与光限幅应用、金属有机复合材料的生物传感与诊疗应用、刺激响应发光/变色材料有机功能染料、OLED发光材料等。先后主持国家重点研发项目子课题、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目、江苏省博士后科研资助计划,及企业横向课题4项。迄今发表SCI论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项。指导大学生创新创业训练项目国家级1项,获南京工业大学化学实验创新大赛一等奖1项,全国大学生化学实验创新设计大赛华东赛区二等奖1项等。
